Dairy- free, plant-based, paleo… we’ve pretty much tried it all. Although we love experimenting with different eating habits and recipes we DON’T believe in restricting foods or labeling our diets. We like to focus more on intuitive eating, which means finding healthy alternatives to foods that aren’t totally serving our bodies at the moment rather than cutting them out entirely. And of course, that also means welcoming them back into our meals – entirely guilt free- when we’re feeling it. Here is a list of some of our favorite go to swaps for when we’re nourishing our bodies with a little extra love.
