Our Favorite Cookbooks

written by ERICA DICK. November 20th, 2020

Although you can find almost whatever recipe you need on the internet, or your fave food insta account, I still absolutely love my cookbook collection. There’s nothing like flipping the pages when you’re bored and finding an amazing recipe you haven’t made in weeks. Plus, they double super well as decoration for your kitchen counter or coffee room table. Here are the ones you should be adding to your holiday wishlist.

  1. Sakara Life

It’s old news to everyone that I eat, sleep and breathe Sakara so naturally I got their unreal health food cookbook right when it came out. Fave recipes: Truffle Mushroom Pasta and the Vegan Pad Thai

  1. Cravings

If you love Chrissy Teigen, you will love her cookbook even more. It’s filled with the most delicious recipes for the kind of comfort 2020 is definitely calling for. Fave recipes: Mac and Cheese and the Cardamom Coffee Buns

  1. True Food Kitchen

This book is filled with recipes from my favorite restaurant in LA. The meals are so delicious and simple, you won’t even know how healthy they truly are. Top fave recipes: Tofu Lettuce Cups and the Corn-Ricotta Ravioli.

  1. Plenty

This is one of the OG, trendy cookbooks with recipes by Israeli Chef, Yotam Ottolenghi. Although the recipes can get a bit complex, they’re so delish, not to mention, stunning. Fave recipes:

  1. Platters and Boards

The only thing better than getting to eat off a cheese board is getting to design it. Platters and Boards is a super fun cookbook for designing the perfect charcuterie board for your next dinner party. Fave Recipes: Too pretty to choose just one
