Tips for Styling Your Bed

My favorite part of moving back to school every fall is getting to redesign my bedroom. We’ve already shared some of our favorite art finds and candle selections, and now we’re gonna share some of our fave picks to make your bed as cute and comfy as the rest of your room.

Bedding:

As the foundation of your room, your bed, and more specifically the bedding on it, dictate the style for the rest of your room. That being said, you don’t need to always have bright colors or distinct designs for a cute room. Something I personally love is always going for a more neutral bedding and spicing it up with more decorative pillows. These are duvets and sheets I’ve seen recently that are super cute. 

Pillows:

Since I keep my bedding pretty simple, I like to get a bit more colorful when choosing pillows. Some great places to find fun pillows are Urban, Anthropologie and Society6 for printed designs. I like to opt for two or three solid colored pillows and then two or three fun ones. Just make sure that your pillows match with both the bedding and each other!
