Tout Est Magique by Milou Neelen
One thing that I’ve grown to appreciate since I started decorating my own bedrooms during college is art. I find myself on websites for hours looking over different pieces that I might want to add to my ever-growing collection. Now that I have a whole apartment to decorate and not just a bedroom, I have been able to add a lot more pieces to my collection. But art is expensive, and I’m on a budget, which is why I’m happy to report that I have found some very reliable online art shops that will frame the piece and ship it right to your door for a reasonable price.
First up is Society6. This place has any kind of art you could ever want. I love all my pieces from there, and the best part is they are ALWAYS having insane sales.
Above my matching nightstands are two funky pieces by an artist named Naomi Vona. I found them at two in the morning the night I signed the lease to my apartment. To this day, they are my favorite pieces I’ve collected.

I have these two pieces in Vector White frames, but if I could go back in time, I would’ve gotten them in the Scoop White frame option instead. It’s a brighter whiter with a shinier finish, and I also think they look nicer in person. These pieces both happen to be on sale right now.
I also have a Society6 photograph in my bathroom and five others in my living room. The variety of art offered on Society6 is comparable to none.

Next is Artfully Walls. I’d say if Society6 was Forever 21, Artfully Walls would be Urban Outfitters. It’s a bit nicer quality, a bit more expensive, and they definitely have fewer options to choose from. My most recent purchase hails from Artfully. It’s this beautiful black and white photograph of a female swimmer’s back with her arms up. It’s called Swimmer With A White Cap by Lucy Snowe. It’s totally different from the other pieces in my room but it somehow works so perfectly in my space. It’s the only portrait I have and it reminds me of my photography days. I bought this one in the smallest size since it was pricier: 15’ by 17’

Last is House Of Spoils. They are in a similar price range as Artfully Walls, maybe a little more expensive once you get to the bigger sized prints, and they have a smaller collection. I also think they have more masculine and gender-neutral options than the others. The art is really special and the quality is unreal. I haven’t purchased anything from them yet, but I follow the company on Instagram and I’ve been eyeing a few pieces to add to this one wall in my living room. Because I don’t own any pieces from them, I’ve linked some pieces that I think are beautiful and unique.
