One of the biggest issues in the age of Covid-19 is balancing both our physical and mental health. While staying at home and away from others is important, we have been left without so many things that once kept us sane. We’ve kissed goodbye lunches out with friends, warm hugs from grandparents, and, of course, beloved group workout classes. It’s hard to stay physically active when work, meals and late night Netflix binges are all restricted to the same space we’ve been stuck in for months. But with the added chaos of anxiety and uncertainty corona brings, it’s more important now than ever to find time to move your body and get your endorphins going. To help you out, we’ve made a list of at-home workouts you can incorporate into your quarantine routine.

- Melissa Wood Health – $9.99/month (@melissawoodhealth)
Integrative health coach and pilates master Melissa Wood provides classes for anyone looking to see fast results without the high intensity that can often damage and inflame your joints. Her array of videos incorporate a mix of pilates and yoga to create “long lean lines” that will help you break a sweat in anywhere from 15-60 minutes. Melissa Wood’s soothing voice will get you through an entire grueling arms, abs and butt workout before you realize how much you’re sweating.

- Body By Simone – $19.99/month or $20/ live Zoom class (@BBS)
What makes Body By Simone one of the best workouts for quarantine is the vast variety it offers. The LA and New York studio offer both pre-recorded videos on their mobile app or live Zoom classes led by our favorite trainers. The main workout is a 55-minute long dance class broken up by arm, leg, ab and butt focused exercises. The app also offers meal plans and recipes curated by celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque. (Tip: if you want the burn and personal attention of an in-person class, opt for the Zoom. If you want a quick, body part specific workout, stick with the app).

- The Sculpt Society – $19.99/month (@meganroup)
Another dance workout, TSS is created and taught by celebrity trainor, Megan Roup (ever wonder how models like Devon Windsor, Elsa Hosk and Sophie Richie look the way they do? It’s all Megan Roup.) The mobile app and website offer all different kinds of options from “dancing arms” to full 50-minute classes filled with dance cardio and a deep focus on every body part. TSS also features both restorative and strength building yoga videos taught by Nike Master Trainer, Traci Copeland. TSS also includes stretching and meditation videos along with a calendar of how to best combine their workouts in order to see results.

- Kamps Fit – $15/month or $3.99/class (@kampsfit)
Unlike the rest of the workouts on this list, Kamps Fit is a bootcamp style workout that’s all about high intensity and heavy weight lifting. The workout, based out of Miami, Florida and Madison, Wisconsin, is led on Zoom classes by a variety of instructors and is guaranteed to leave you sore for days. While props are typically required, instructors will always suggest equipment alternatives (ie. swap weights for wine bottles … don’t have to ask us twice).

- Corepower Yoga on Demand $19.99/month (@corepoweryoga)
One thing that unfortunately can’t be replicated at home is the euphoric high that comes with a hot yoga class. Dripping with sweat and in the ultimate zen state, nothing beats the feeling. Although it’s not exactly the same, Corepower Yoga has done a pretty great job of bringing their challenging and fun yoga classes into your home. They have all their usual classes from the restorative C2 to the cardio-intensive Yoga Sculpt. Whether a yoga newbie or a Corepower cult follower, they have a class that will calm your mind and strengthen your body all at the same time.
